全固态电池技术已成为新一代高能量密度电池的关键发展趋势。为推动全固态电池技术创新与产业化进程,由欧阳明高院士牵头,联合院士专家、领军企业、知名高校、研究机构,以及地方政府共同发起,于2024年1月在北京,中国全固态电池产学研协同创新平台(英文名称China All-Solid-State Battery Collaborative Innovation Platform,缩写为CASIP)正式成立。
平台在中国产学研合作促进会的指导下开展工作,立足于国家发展战略和产业需求,高效整合创新资源,开展全固态电池发展战略、技术路线布局及产业政策研究,致力构建高水平的学术交流和技术协同攻关机制,搭建服务于全产业的智能研发公共服务平台、知识产权公共服务平台。打通全固态电池领域技术链、创新链、产业链,形成政府、企业、高校和研究机构的紧密合作生态。坚持问题导向、应用牵引,积极探索并拓宽全固态电池的创新路径,积极开展国际交流,全面加速推进全固态电池产业化进程,确保我国在全球的领先优势。
All-solid-state battery technology has emerged as a key development trend for the next-generation high-energy-density batteries. To promote the innovation and industrialization in this filed, the China All-Solid-State Battery Collaborative Innovation Platform (CASIP) was officially established in Beijing in January 2024, initiated by Academician Ouyang Minggao, along with other academicians, experts, leading enterprises, renowned universities, research institutes, and local governments.
Under the guidance of the China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association, the platform operates in alignment with national development strategies and industrial needs, efficiently integrating innovative resources to conduct research on the development strategies, technological roadmaps, and industrial policies for all-solid-state batteries. It is committed to establishing a high-level mechanism for academic exchanges and technological collaborative breakthroughs, and building public service platforms for intelligent R&D and intellectual property that serve the entire industry. By establishing a seamless connection among the technology, innovation, and industrial chains in the field, the platform aims to create a closely cooperative ecosystem involving governments, enterprises, universities, and research institutes. Following a problem-oriented and application-driven approach, it actively explores and broadens innovative paths for all-solid-state batteries. The platform also takes active steps to engage in international exchanges, and comprehensively accelerate the industrialization of all-solid-state batteries, ensuring China’s global leadership in this sector.
全固态电池技术具有高能量密度、高安全性、长寿命等特征,是最具前景的下一代电池技术,已成为各国竞相布局的战略制高点。全固态电池是一个技术门槛极高的领域,具有跨学科跨行业的特性,技术路线、关键科学问题和工程技术节点亟需研判。单一企业和科研单位很难独立完成全链条突破,产业化关键技术需各界协同创新,全力攻关,跨越创新周期,迎接国际新一轮电池技术竞争。
新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,高技术领域成为国际竞争最前沿和主战场,习近平总书记指出,扎实推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合。中国全固态电池产学研协同创新平台立足于国家发展战略,联合相关领域领先电池企业、新兴电池企业、高等院校、科研院所、整车企业、材料企业、装备企业及其他相关企业、地方政府,以跨领域、跨学科、跨产业链协同创新为宗旨,构建以企业为主体、产学研相结合的技术交流和协同攻关的高水平平台。
坚持问题导向、应用牵引。致力于开展宏观战略研究与技术路线研判,一体化布局基础研究和关键核心技术攻关,搭建服务于全产业的公共服务平台,形成高效协作、相融相长的良好产业生态。拓宽全固态电池的创新路径,全面加速推进全固态电池产业化进程,抢占科技竞争和未来发展制高点,确保我国在全球的领先优势。
